I just discover Jazzy forms and I want to share with you all this. It’s the best online form generator for dull things like: cost estimates, calculations, sales, customer contact. It’s came in 2 versions: wordpress plugin and web app.
It’s very similar to Gravity Forms, but it’s FREE.
It has a drag and drop builder, so it’s very intuitive.
